02What Pro-Fit AI is — and what it is not
Pro-Fit AI is a statistical positioning tool for NSE-listed equities. We fit regression regimes to weekly price data and report where a stock currently sits within its own historical statistical range. Every response we deliver includes the disclaimer "Statistical positioning only. Not investment advice."
Pro-Fit AI is not any of the following:
- An investment advisor or research analyst registered with SEBI
- A stockbroker, portfolio manager, or fund manager
- A source of buy, sell, or hold recommendations
- A predictor of future prices or returns
Sharespy Investments is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an Investment Advisor under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or as a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Nothing on our platform constitutes investment advice, and no reliance should be placed on our statistical outputs for investment decisions. All investment decisions are yours alone.
03Subscription and payment
Access to Pro-Fit AI is offered as a paid subscription. Current pricing:
- ₹99 for a 14-day trial
- ₹3,999 for annual access
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide.
04Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Refunds are considered only in cases of proven service failure — specifically, sustained non-delivery of alerts for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days due to a fault on our platform. Change of mind, dissatisfaction with statistical readings, market losses, or third-party service outages (WhatsApp, exchange data, connectivity) do not qualify for a refund. 05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute, resell, or republish Pro-Fit AI outputs without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
- Impersonate another subscriber or share your subscription credentials
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms without refund.
06Data accuracy
We use publicly available market data from third-party sources (yfinance and NSE feeds). While we take reasonable care, we make no warranty that data is complete, accurate, or timely. Statistical outputs are computed from this data and inherit its limitations.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharespy Investments' total liability arising from your use of Pro-Fit AI shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via WhatsApp or email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
09Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhuj, Gujarat.
